We offer various Sponsorship Tiers, each providing specific benefits, including event tickets, priority seating, branding opportunities, and promotional materials. These levels are structured to accommodate a range of sponsorship interests, from introductory options to premium packages, ensuring meaningful visibility and engagement at the event.

BMM Initiatives Sponsorships – Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Allocation
   • Sponsorship opportunities are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and finalized by the Committee.
   • Sponsorship benefits and entitlements are non-transferable to any other sponsor or vendor.
2. Branding & Display
   • Sponsors must display banners, logos, and promotional material only in designated areas approved by the Committee.
   • All branding must comply with specifications provided by the Committee and the venue.
3. Responsibilities
   • Sponsors are solely responsible for their promotional materials, products, and any logistical arrangements.
   • Sponsors must obtain all necessary business licenses, liability insurance, and permits, and comply with applicable tax regulations for any sales or promotions.
4. Committee Rights
   • The Committee reserves the right to modify layouts or arrangements if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • The Committee may reject or discontinue sponsorship activities deemed disruptive or inappropriate, at its sole discretion. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Liability & Insurance
   • The Committee and venue are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to sponsor property. Sponsors should arrange their own insurance coverage.
   • Sponsors are liable for any damage caused to venue property due to negligence or wrongful actions.
6. Compliance
   • Sponsors must adhere to all venue safety regulations, including fire safety and electrical standards.
   • Sale of food, beverages, liquor, or medically regulated substances is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Committee.
7. Promotions & Giveaways
   • Competitions and raffles are not permitted. Reasonable promotional giveaways are allowed with prior written approval from the Committee.
8. Financial Terms
   • All transactions between sponsors and the Committee shall be in U.S. Dollars ($).
   • Sponsors are responsible for setting up their own payment systems for any permitted sales.
9. Health & Safety
   • The Committee will follow all Department of Health guidelines for large gatherings. Sponsors must comply with any instructions issued for safety.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • All sponsorship sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except in the event of Convention cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates).
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    • All disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration without a jury trial under the rules and auspices of Judicial Arbitration and Mediations Services (“JAMS”), by a single arbitrator. The English language shall govern this contract, and the award shall be in writing and based on legal doctrines and legal reasoning. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and such other relief as may be awarded.
12. Final Authority
    • The Committee’s decision shall be final and binding on all matters related to sponsorship, branding, and participation.
